Crystal Dreaming
I have always been interested in past lives and how they could possibly be affecting our current ones. I had previously received a healing from Himavan and knew he also offered Crystal Dreaming sessions. I didn’t have any major health issues or disturbances in my life at that time but decided out of pure curiosity to book a session and see what could be discovered. He had a beautiful set up of carefully placed crystals and comfortable pillows, arranged for the prana (energy) to flow deeply and with intention. I was impressed by his knowledge of every crystal and its properties. He guided me into the meditation, using my breath and scanning my body for sensations. I imagine this experience to be unique for everyone. For myself, I received visuals, glimpses of impressions left from other lifetimes. As the dreaming continued, I found myself in a peaceful place where spirit guides had simple, yet profound messages for me. It was unlike any experience I have ever had. Scott (Himavan) finished my Crystal Dreaming with a soothing sound bowl session, grounding the knowledge I had perceived, while returning me back to the room, to my current life.
